Case study · AI CMO Agent

Client service

A 24/7 AI CMO and co-founder for an online fashion store, sold for $7,500

Running a clothing brand on Meesho alone means doing a dozen jobs at once: designs, listings, pricing, content, trends, influencers, printing and promotions. The client wanted something that could do all of it with him. Ideaunch came up with the idea of an AI CMO that acts like a co-founder, and planned the whole agent. Deepesh built it with Claude Code and n8n and delivered it for $7,500.

This AI agent was a service Deepesh built for a client, an e-commerce seller on Meesho, and delivered for $7,500. The client now runs his business with it every day.

AI CMO agent framework: the problem (one founder doing 12 jobs) leads to Ideaunch, the brain (the idea of a CMO agent, map the sub-agents for design, marketing, printing, analysis, launch and listings, pick the stack of Claude Code, Claude API and n8n, plan the data from seller exports and public pages, a daily brief and slash-command skills), then the builders, the hands (built with Claude Code, automated with n8n), then launch and sell (built and tested in about 30 days, sold for $7,500, runs the client's business daily).

The problem: a solo founder wearing twelve hats

The client sells clothing on Meesho, India's largest e-commerce marketplace. Like most small sellers, he was doing everything himself: product design, listing optimisation, pricing, influencer outreach, content, trend research, printing and promotion decisions. That load alone is enough to stall a small brand in its first few months.

He wanted one thing that could help with all of it. Not another dashboard and not a chatbot, but something that thinks, prioritises and acts like a senior marketing executive who is always on.

The idea and the plan came from Ideaunch

Ideaunch came up with the idea: an AI Chief Marketing Officer that also works as a co-founder, sitting on top of the store and analysing everything. It then mapped the agent as a team: one main CMO agent with specialist sub-agents for design, marketing, printing, analysis, the launch plan and listing writing.

Ideaunch also planned the data. The marketplace has no public seller API, so instead of treating that as a blocker, the plan used the seller's own CSV exports, public listing pages, public social profiles and hashtags, and live web search. That made the agent usable on day one, without waiting for any platform to cooperate. Finally, it picked the stack: Claude Code and the Claude API for the agent's intelligence, and n8n for the scheduled, always-on workflows.

Why Claude Code and n8n

The intelligence had to live in the agent itself, not in a front end that calls an API. For autonomous behaviour (giving itself tasks, reading and writing files, running on a schedule and searching the web live), a code-first agent was the right choice. The project has a central agent, modular skill files, a memory layer that stores brand context and history, and an outputs folder where listings, scripts and reports land. n8n runs the schedules and connects the workflows so the agent works 24/7.

What the agent does every day

Every morning at 7 AM, without the founder doing anything, the agent wakes up. It scans tracked social accounts and hashtags, pulls the day's design trends, checks live print-on-demand rates across the brand's suppliers, reads any new sales export, then scores and orders the day's tasks and saves a formatted brief.

During the day, the founder types a slash command and a specialist workflow runs: /designs finds ten fresh design references that match the brand's style, /listing writes a complete marketplace-ready listing with SEO title, attributes, keywords and pricing with fees included, /reels writes five reel scripts, /spy analyses any public brand or influencer profile, /promo gives a clear yes or no on ads and sale events, /influencers finds and scores nano and micro creators, /policy explains the platform's seller rules, and /scale says when to add new products or categories.

There's also a full product launch flow in one session: find a design, get mockup guidance, generate the upload-ready listing, get reel scripts for the shoot, then a promotion decision once it's live. A trend spotted at 1 PM can be a ready listing by 3 PM.

It gets smarter every month

The memory layer keeps the brand's context, catalogue performance, influencer pipeline and past decisions. Ask whether to add a new category in month six and the answer is based on six months of the store's own sales, not generic advice.

The result: $7,500 and a CMO that never sleeps

The agent took about 30 days to build, test and launch, and Deepesh delivered it to the client for $7,500. The client now uses it every day to run his business. It tells him his daily tasks and every detail of the store, and it saves him the cost of hiring a marketing team.

The whole idea came from Ideaunch: a CMO agent that's also a co-founder, with sub-agents for design, marketing, printing, analysis, launch and listings. Ideaunch planned it, I built it with Claude and n8n, and delivered it to my client for $7,500. Now he has a co-founder that tells him his daily tasks and every detail of his business.

Questions people ask

What is an AI CMO agent?

It's an autonomous AI agent that acts like a Chief Marketing Officer for a store. It researches trends, writes listings and content, analyses sales, picks promotions and plans each day's tasks, on a schedule and without being prompted.

Can an AI agent work with a marketplace that has no seller API?

Yes. This agent reads the seller's own CSV exports and public pages, and uses live web search, so it works today without any official API.

What was this AI agent built with?

Claude Code and the Claude API for the agent and its skills, and n8n for the scheduled 24/7 workflows. Ideaunch came up with the idea and planned the agent, its sub-agents, the data and the stack.

How much can you charge a client for a custom AI agent?

This one was delivered as a client service for $7,500, after about 30 days of building, testing and launch.
