Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you give it.
• What you type in: ideas, profile answers, prompts and anything else you enter into the tools, plus the results we generate for you.
• Usage: which tools you run and how often, so we can apply plan limits.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We receive a payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To run the service and show you your saved work.
• To generate AI results from what you enter.
• To apply plan limits, take payments and handle refunds.
• To reply when you contact us, and to send account and billing emails.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use what you type to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service:

• Our hosting and database providers, which store your account and saved work.
• Our AI model provider (Anthropic), which processes your inputs to generate results.
• Our payment provider (Razorpay), for payments and refunds.

We may also share data if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing ideaunch.app@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app.
