Cold Email Studio

Find the right people, write a sequence that gets replies, set up sending the safe way, and export files ready for your sending tool.

Direct Apollo & Instantly sync

How to use it

  1. 1Find leads: describe your offer and get your ideal customer, Apollo filters and a Claude research prompt.
  2. 2Write the sequence: 4 short emails with a mix of asks (reply, demo link, call). Write more angles any time.
  3. 3Set up sending: work out domains, inboxes and daily volume, then follow the step-by-step tool setup.
  4. 4Export: download the sequence and lead template for your sending tool.

What it does

  • ✓ Turns your offer into Apollo search filters and a lead-research prompt for Claude
  • ✓ Writes editable emails with a live inbox-safety score
  • ✓ Calculates how many domains and inboxes you need, and what it costs

What it doesn't do

  • – Send emails or buy domains for you
  • – Connect to Apollo or Instantly yet (direct sync is coming soon)
  • – Hand you contact data: you build the list in Apollo or with Claude
Start from a saved idea
Is it a product or a service?
What "Build ICP & filters" does: it turns your offer into your ideal customer profile (who buys, who signs off) and the exact Apollo search filters (job titles, seniority, industries, company size, location), plus a ready prompt to research leads with Claude. Best results: name the industry, company size and the result you deliver.
Describe your offer and press Build ICP & filters. You'll get your ideal customer, the exact Apollo filters to build your lead list, and first-line ideas. The Claude research prompt below works right away.

Lead source 2 · Research with Claude

Open Claude

Good for niches Apollo covers badly (local businesses, clinics, trades, shops). Claude searches the web and lists businesses with their publicly published contact details. The prompt updates with your offer.

You are my B2B lead researcher. Use web search for every company.

What I sell: [describe your offer]
Ideal customer: [who buys]

Location: [country / cities]

Find 25 real businesses that match. Return a table with these columns:
company name | website | city, country | decision-maker name | their role | business email published by the company (or the contact page URL if no email is listed) | one specific, recent detail I can mention in my first line | source URL for the contact details

Rules:
- Only use contact details the business has published publicly (its own website, Google Business profile, public directories, press pages).
- Never guess or construct an email address. If none is listed, write "not listed".
- No personal email addresses or personal phone numbers.
- Skip any business that already uses a tool like mine, or say so in the detail column.

After the table, list the 5 best-fit businesses and say why in one line each.

For the best results

  1. 1Turn on web search in Claude before you paste the prompt.
  2. 2Ask for 20-30 businesses at a time, then say "25 more, no repeats".
  3. 3Spot-check a few source links, then run every email through a verifier (Apollo and Instantly both have one) before sending.
  4. 4Paste the table into the lead template (Export tab) and put the detail column into {{personalization}}.
Only email business contact details that are published publicly, and respect privacy laws. US (CAN-SPAM): honest subject lines, your real postal address and an easy opt-out. UK/EU (GDPR, PECR): B2B email to work addresses must be relevant to their job, say where you found their details if asked, and honour opt-outs at once. Canada (CASL) is stricter. This is not legal advice.
