• Web app: people log in and use screens (dashboards, booking tools, portals). Build in Lovable, Replit, Bolt or Cursor.
• AI agent: something that talks or acts for someone (a receptionist, support bot, sales assistant).
• AI automation: work that runs in the background (n8n or Make workflows: lead follow-up, reports, data entry).

Pick the simplest one that solves the problem.
