Product or service: which way should I sell?

There are two ways to make money from what you build:

• Product: you build one app, agent or automation and sell it to many people, as a monthly subscription or a one-time sale.
• Service: you build custom apps, agents or automations for clients (freelance, agency, Upwork) for a set fee, a monthly retainer, or both.

Services bring cash faster; products scale better. Many members start with a service and turn the best one into a product. Set your choice in Settings → Business profile and the tools tailor their answers to it.
