What do the client statuses mean?
- Lead: talking, not paying yet (doesn't count as revenue)
- Active: paying now (counts towards MRR)
- Paused: on hold
- Churned: stopped paying
Keep statuses current so your numbers and the Scaling Expert's advice stay accurate.
