Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

Ideaunch is an online software service. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How you get access

• Your free account works as soon as you sign up and confirm your email.
• When you pay for Pro, your account is upgraded automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment. You'll see the Pro plan and your monthly credits on the Billing page.
• Credits renew at the start of each billing month for as long as you're subscribed.
• You get a payment confirmation by email from our payment provider.

If access doesn't arrive

If your payment went through but your account still shows the Free plan after 30 minutes, email ideaunch.app@gmail.com with your payment ID. We fix it within 1 business day, or refund you in full.
